Episode 9 of anime also confirms the surname. Not sure if thats enough for you to put it in. I only went looking for the name as I thought I might have missed it somewhere. The film is official though even if its a live action one and not animated so hopefully thats ok as evidence?

Yeah I saw it on MAL, I just didn't ever see it once in the source material (anime/manga). I don't doubt that she has a name :) I just want to be 100% sure it's accurate from the source material.

Someone needs to watch the specials. Maybe that someone can be me, I'm also fine with adding Yukari NITANI as searchable, the thing is I've looked for her official name in the past and in the manga and never found it. Dreader is saying that is the name they are using in the live action version. Maybe I'm just being too much of a stickler -.- probably
