Tags: athlete is correct since he plays football, but there also could be some other tags, since he's the typical anime cool guy who used to be a bad guy but was drawn to the good side by the main character :P
Name: incorrect? (FIRST should be KYOSUKE, LAST is TSURUGI)
Hair & Gender: correct (blue-haired male; dark blue, to be exact :P)
Status (Main): let's see - here from episode 1, always present, but since he's a silent cooler type of character, he gets forgotten ocasionally to make room for complete backround of a one-episode character or smth simmilar, kinda like Shun from Bakugan; but when the focus is back on him, he makes up from the time he's spent in the backround. :D I would've said he's main too
