As for my laptop status, I e-mailed PowerNotebooks about the black screen problem on Win7, and it turns out that I had to update the BIOS for the video card (not the mobo). I did that, and I was able to get rid of the black screen problem (knock on wood). As for dual-booting Win7 and Ubuntu 10.04, do I install Win7 first, and then Ubuntu?

I always think in my head u bunta <_< have to correct myself. Almost said it a few times in person too. I guess because I am used to anime/manga characters being called Bunta.

Alright my fellow geeks I have a question.
Is there anyway to avoid DRM in games or other software? As in I would love to play the first Crysis but it has SecuROM(even the steam version). I hear that is a pain and a half to remove. Acts like a root kit so I hear anyway. I always purchase my games so no pirating here.
