The mussolini fanclub

OR MFC for short.

Quite frankly, everyone seems to be overly sensitive on the forums so I propose this to be a safehaven for speaking the truth...however harsh it may be. Life isnt fair and sugarcoating the truth to save someone's feelings just hurts them in the end. So for all those who are secretly nodding their heads to the comments that mussolini posts, raise your hand and show your support.

FAN CLUB MEMBERS

***At some point, I'll make something to put in your sig or bribe someone to do it for me once this club gets off the ground***

Is this really necessary? I'm flattered that even 4 members would want to make a fanclub based loosely around me, but chances are it'll be called "undermining the mods" or something to that effect. Maybe you could put in a disclaimer saying that "If you want to keep secretly nodding your head, it's fine if you're worried about being branded a trouble-maker".

Nah, I wouldnt worry with that. Please continue being a messiah.
Meaning = I don't think the club will have any sort of problems.

I checked and rechecked all the rules and it says nothing about restricting the ability of one member to start a fanclub so the mods shouldn't have a problem. And if certain people don't like it, they have the right to avoid this thread or use the block function.

Freedom of speech is a wonderful thing and needs to be used more often...I for one am sick of everyone censoring themselves because they are worried about insulting someone with the truth.

Of course I have no aversion to the existence of this fanclub, but I don't want other people (least of all those who are secretly nodding their heads to the comments I post) getting in trouble.

That's the only part that I could see causing any problems.

I completely agree. There's one catch, though... This is a private forum that someone else pays for, and breaking the rules that we've agreed not to break by signing up is (obviously) against the rules. While we can't very well declare a "rule-free-zone", I'll assume with no reason whatsoever that putting a big, fat disclaimer up the top that says something along the lines of "if you think you might get offended, and don't want to get offended, please don't read these messages" would probably be enough to protect freedom of speech as far as not deliberately breaking the rules goes.

Censoring the truth is something that should only happen in China...this isnt China...

I'd hope that people have enough of a foothold in reality to understand that some things need to be said in order to forcefully kick people out of their dreamworlds and into society.
