Ladies and gentlemen. What you see above is an image of Yuuka Midarezaki frolicking at the beach with a lion, who is also her brother. Yuuka is a kind and gentle girl, a girl who has never meant any harm to anyone. She eats her vegetables, cycles to school, and puts a smile on the face of all those who meet her. Much like your own sons and daughters, I'm sure.

However, girls like Yuuka are under threat from a criminal element in our society. Sick individuals who would like nothing more than to - and I apologise for the disturbing language - "jam it in 'er pooper"

You see, ladies and gentlemen, within our community, we harbour criminal elements of the worst kind. Monsters who drool at pictures such as the one above. Monsters who lurk around every corner. Monsters who must be stopped!

[pause for applause]

For too long we have tolerated this lecherous, pedophilic behaviour. For too long we have permitted this threat to lolis everywhere to run rampant. For too long we have encouraged and abetted these self-proclaimed "lolicons" with the tacit approval which comes from not protesting their offensive thoughts and inclinations. For too long we have sat back and simply allowed lolis to be endangered!

[pause for effect and/or applause]

Ladies and gentlemen, I require your help in rooting out and destroying this menace before we end up in a forum where our favourite characters are impurely lusted after by the filthy gazes and tainted thoughts of such beasts. Nowhere is safe! They have turned the internet into a playground for perversion and a sanctuary for sickness. I say no longer! I say no more! I say it's time we stood up and protected those who cannot protect themselves! Together we will drive these freaks out from our midst and once again make the streets safe for lolis everywhere. Who is with me?

[pause for applause and to allow conference assistants to hand out membership forms]
