1,000 isn't hard to reach. I did around 220 posts per day just being myself and I reached it without difficulty in 5 days.

There are those of us that don't spam/whore post/troll our way to the top, I can think of several people I chat with that are like this. In any case... I can't really think of post count as all that important anyway, true you get "titles" but it's not something I've ever cared about. So not really joining the club, just plugging my 2 cents in ;p
