Default 7/07-7/14 Selection & Discussion (for 3+MC/AP200, SPOILERS)

The next poll and discussions topic I'm setting up now. As before I would like everyone to PM me their votes, it worked a lot more in favor of better distribution of votes.

The Three Month Club (The A-P 200)

Rose of Versailles (40 eps)
Infinite Ryvius (26 eps)
Innocent Venus (12 eps)
Demonbane TV (12 eps)
Kemonozume (13 eps)

and plus.. MADHOUSE
Rather close this time and since my vote could potentially deadlock us I'm not going to vote. As I really wanted to watch Infinite Ryvius anyway... it wouldn't count for much.
3 for Demonbane
2 for Kemonozume
2 for Rose of Versailles
1 Infinite Ryvius (guess I counted it as a pity vote then)

what Nomad, said, OVA is not included because it's not really part of the shows story anyway.

Question: if we drop a show because we dislike it do we still review it, or give a mini review of why we dropped it, or do we remain silent?

I like option #2 there, give a small reason why you couldn't really finish it. No reason to force yourself through a show you just can't stand to watch. More over, it makes no real sense to join in a discussion about a show you didn't finish because you didn't watch the whole show to have a "true" idea of what the show was. I've finished shows I've hated just because I wanted to see what the creator was trying to convey... typically I'm disappointed lol :P

Well I dropped it after 2 episodes. It hit a few too many of my pet peeves, maybe it was a parody but I couldn't tell if it I was supposed to be taking it seriously or not. I wasn't funny enough to take it lightly, and it was way too melodramatically bad and stereotypical to be taken seriously. Plus. The music. It was horrible overdone and made the melodrama even worse. Also, I have a pet peeve with animes that have largely female casts and WAY too many unrealistically large-breasted women.

So, for personal reasons, I dropped it. I'm looking forward to reading everyone else's thoughts though so I know whether or not I should pick it back up.

I really enjoyed demonbane, and bugged Otaku to put it on the list lol.
I found it had its funny points, good action and fighting scenes and it had magic, and romance which are things that i enjoy to watch. ^_^

It didnt have that many big boobs, probably more loli's lol, but personally I dont really see how anyone cannot like it? well if you dont like perverted things I can see (but it didnt have that much perverted stuff in it.)

I tend to have a fondness for strange shows.. so maybe thats why I loved it so much?
