I, the sovereign, hereby proclaim the guild of calamitous intent.



every further member can either chose to become a member of the council of 13 or a villain in the guild.

this will get you access to benefits such as a health and dental insurance and will offer certain protection from authorities (mods)

the arch nemesis program:

non members can petition for a villain to be assigned to them, they will be offered own threads in which they can persecute flamewars or whatever they like in there (or sth of the likes...we gonna figure out sth...)


to join you must abide our honor code:

- villains (and their henchmen) have weaponry restrictions, they may only use images and words in their posts
- sexual crimes (such as pornographic imagery) are strictly forbidden
- any member of the AP-forums associated with the guild through the arch-nemesis program will be paired off with a villain of aproximately equal wit
- local law enforcement officers (mods) are strictly off limits and cannot be trolled under any circumstances (trolling regular members is to be avoided when possible)
- no flamewars may occur during the holidays

breaking these rules and/or acts that leave the guild no choice but to abandon a member can result in expulsion and revocation of any form of immunity from law enforcement (ban)

as a henchmen...i guess you should be assigned to another villain...i guess your choice is gonna be dr girlfriend, amirite? or is this your villain name?

so anyway...what kinda plans do you have for the arch nemesis program? i just wrote something up that could be somewhat interpreted as the internet version of whats going on there...
we need to have interviews btw, so would all the applicants for the arch nemesis that wish to be assigned to danielmer plz sign up, after a short introduction he can then make his choice whom he wants as arch nemesis...

rusty's law seems rather difficult to implement since its somewhat complicated to take someone as a hostage or actually injure their kin

not to forget the council of 13 members are each assigned a number and are the 2nd to 14th in command...
the highest ranking is in command in absence of any other officer...
