Hardly. All you're doing is reducing the probability of her getting pregnant by you to naught. And that, any old sod on the street can (and SHOULD!) do. The real test of playing God would be if you could control 100% (and thus predict) who got pregnant and when and how and by whom. Not only that, you should be able to make people pregnant just by breathing your Holy Spirit into them. And, thankfully, no man or woman can do that.

Actually, you'd only be playing God if you knew for a fact that it was God's will that the woman in question be impregnated by you, and so your unwillingness had fucked up Her plan. And I don't see your genes spreading as necessarily beneficial to the Universe.
