I haven't tried using a razor, but I'm generally very pleased with the result using tweezers. On my face (or rather, on the upper neck, just below the jaw), I usually have some patches of invisible stubble left after razoring because of some hairs growing in strange directions and such, which is not all that pleasing to run your fingers across. I don't know if the same would apply down there, but with a pair of tweezers, the result is all smooth and soft and feels nice to touch. <3
