How to Add or Edit Characters

Yeah, that's pretty much what we do. But don't worry. The mods usually take care of that kind of stuff if it's improper.

Hi, I just test submitted a character submission. But like Alexander reported, It seems like we cannot edit the entry. Did I not look carefully enough and there's actually a way to do it or actually an entry when sent is final? In that case there are not much info included, please delete it. I'll submit a new one with all info.

I agree with you about not being able to edit your own post here. I'm a typo master so it would help me greatly . You can always ask one of the character moderators here directly if you have any questions about doing entries. We are all listed in this forum and most of us would be pleased to help as it's part of our job. Please feel free to resubmit anything you'd like to do over. Just attach a little note in the comment box so we know what's going on. Thanks for your help.

How to add voice actors in description of characters?

You don't add the voice actors yourself. However, if you know or find out the voice actors, then make a mention of it in the comments section of the submission (with their appropriate language) and one of the mods can take care of it.

i suggest not submitting every single char just with VA info, however. we're slowly filling in VA info but dealing with tons of char threads is just a huge time suck. if you have a series that you really want VAs filled in, add a note in the 'anime errors' thread. if it's just something you notice and dont really care about, hold off, eventually we'll hav a thread where people can submit series with missing VAs and we can fill them all in.

There's a character for a manga I want to submit, but there's already another character in the database with the same name. Only her first name's given, like the other one already in the DB.

Would I just leave it be?

The URL slugs is a job for the mods to correct, but what we'd do when we come across a same name issue is "name-anime" as the url slug.

Lets say there's a Frank from a manga named Super Cool Manga (made up), his url slug will be: frank-super-cool-manga
