After watching a Death and Rebirth and End of Evangleon I got it, then i looked at all the anime under mindf*ck and i had them all marked of, so I'm guessing you have to watch all the mindf*ck animes.

I needed to add Mind Game and FLCL to the list.

When I was compiling the list I was only looking at my psychological genres. Death and Rebirth and End of Evangleon should have no effect towards the badge.

i think that they must want people to work at figuring it out or they would have posted a definitive list of how to get what....but i could be wrong..

Well you don't have to watch the Fire Safety and Traffic Safety PSAs that were recently added to the database, but as for all the movies, TV specials, and OVAs I believe the answer is yes.

What is the exact criteria to get the "Oh So Manly" badge?

I think it is "Watch TTGL Series, Hokuto no Ken series (the 1984 one) and Golgo 13 TV" (Though I'm not sure about the last one).
