[TO DO] Users - Unified Forum/Site Accounts
Feature List
--------------------- N/A Description --------------------- Unsure yet of the details on how we will accomplish this. New users will (probably) be required to register on the main site, which will auto-spawn a forum account. The more complicated issue is merging existing site users with existing forum users, and what the best way to merge them will be.

just as a heads up, given the current very tight schedule left for v3 launch and the sheer amount of work left, this item might not be completed until v3.1.
