[TO DO] Anirec - Average Rating (trusted users)

There should be two different ratings, Or at least some way to view the ratings of the community as a wholeOtherwise i'll probably end up going to another site for new animes because less animes will be ranked, As less animes will have been watched by the "trusted users".

Even after a couple of years of filling the trusted users list it would still be quite hard to find those rare finds in the ap anime list.

Although it needs to be indicated as such, (The "to do" should be removed) to my knowledge this feature has been completely scrapped in favor of the site-wide average ratings.
