Hi sothis/admintrators of anime planet

I got a suggestion.

since anime planet both rec and forum have been really popular recently and have somewhat of a good history. I would like to suggest an about us section in either the forum part or rec part (it would be good if both were inter connected or linked together) that explains the main goal of what this site means to achieve, the otaku way of life that member here embrace and alist of benchmarks history that AP achieved.

if you don't mind I would give an example of what I like to see

About Anime Planet

Here at Anime Planet, we have decide to provide the best of information of anime that we can provide. The Database the Anime-Planet was built upon heavily around hand written Synopsis, user captured screen shot previews, relevant anime relations and the feature that Anime-Planet became know for, user recommnedations for feature anime series and/or simular works.

We believe that keeping track of our daily anime fix is essential for all otaku alike. So, here at anime planet, we have done the hard work for you. With our large number of records in our database and ever contanstly adding more, no anime (how rare or how popular) will be out of our sights. This leave you the option to either mark the anime as watched, watching or want to watch. Leave your pen and paper on the desk and use our facilities to your connivence.

Apart from the Anime-Recommendations, Anime-Planet has a active and fun filled forum in which our intuitive member frequently expresses our love for anime. As one would search our forums, one may see discussion, reviews and relevant tread containing about anime in which makes our understanding of anime alot more defining.

a staff page has been on the to do list for awhile, we just need to come up with a design

moving this to AP V3. we need to have a page that explains the history of the site - this could be in conjunction with the staff page or not.

Hey Sothis while were on the topic of about us,
I may sound kind of stupid, well it is stupid, but can we put a about us page for the official clubs that we have here on anime planet. um maybe not so the ISSUP, i know you don't like perverts, but for the other clubs, it may be a good idea, because I doubt the new members would know anything about the Magna club. Members of them have not promoted it well enough. unless people who want to more apart of magna stubble upon it somehow.
