Black Cat (a loyal adaptation of the manga)
Claymore (mainly the last 6 episodes) Tsubasa Chronicle Dragon Half (a full adaptation of the manga, not just 2 episodes) Gestalt (same as above)

Berserk (!) Blade of the Immortal Claymore (from where it started to differ from the manga) I can't think of a fifth one right now, so I'll say One Piece. Once it's over, a remake with no fillers, no dragging and actual good animation. I'm free to dream, right?

Witch Hunter Robin (with a real ending this time)
Xam'd Lost Memories (without a rushed ending and better explanations) Kare Kano (without magna drawings- more actual animation) Ergo Proxy (this could have been SOOO much better) Book of Bantorra (this could potentially have been a masterpiece, just because of its interesting concepts concerning souls)
