Just finished watching Gundam 00 S2 and man there are some deranged characters in there... The super soldiers, the Innovators, Wang Liu Mei, Nena Trinity. They are all messed up.

The biggest one for me by far would be:
Mnemosyne *minor spoiler*  Other than that there is: Death Note the protaganist Elfen Leid I dont even know where to start Wolfs Rain That "lost my status" royal person, name eludes me Code Geass names elude me again
