Hikaru no Go ED1 - Bokura no Bouken <-- best ending song ever
His and Her Circumstances ED1 - Yume no Naka e <-- second best ever :P
Hack Sign - Yasashii Yoake <-- the entire soundtrack is awesome
Fullmetal Alchemist ED1 - The Unerasable Sin <-- they all were awesome though
Full Metal Panic - Karenai Hana <-- makes me feel mellow and happy
