I guess I'll have to be pretty vague on this one. Haven't seen much anime but here are my decisions (in no particular order):

Busou Renkin - A weapon manifested in the image of your own soul.
Devil Lady - Metamorphis into a naked demon woman, win!
Witchblade - Similar reason as above, except a 3+ foot long blade extends from her arm.
Speed Grapher - The power to destory anything in a camera frame by taking a picture.
Darker Than Black - Full range of varying powers. Each unique to one individual.

1.Elfen lied the diclonis and their vectors.
2.Hellsing alucard and his eyes.
3.Death note people falling from scyscrapers...and hitting the glass on other sky scrapers.
4.Yu yu hakushu man eating plants and lasers.
5.and orphen althaugh im not sure why.
