Well, the odds of this not turning into "popular anime a,b,c,d and e" may be pretty slim, but we haven't had one of those in a while so what the heck. This week we'll vote on the five anime with the best climaxes.
Most series have one - that point in the last epidoes when the tension is at its highest, whether it be a major battle, a dramatic confrontation or the discovery of the final pieces of a mystery. Which anime had the best of these moments? Sometimes great series go out rather quietly, and every once in a while a pedestrian show is made better by a thrilling conclusion. What ones stand out for you? Happy Voting ^_^ ***Voting Closed*** This week's top 5: School Days Cowboy Bebop ef - A Tale of Memories Welcome to the NHK! Rurouni Kenshin - Tsuiokuhen Thanks for voting! Last edited by Cetonis; 04-06-2008 at 10:10 PM. |

Denno Coil - Quality drama in the climax. Plus it spans 2 or 3 episodes. I can't remember a climax that maintains such a high level of tension for such a long length of time.
Jigoku Shoujo 1st Season - The climax is the saving grace of this series I think. Paranoia Agent Escaflowne Magic Users Club - It has an innocent, underdog triumph kind of appeal. |

Dennou Coil Heroic Age NHK ef This is pretty tough, isn't it? I'm gonna go with these five for now, but the odds of that not changing by week's end seem rather low -.-' Last edited by Cetonis; 04-06-2008 at 11:23 AM. |
