I don't think so. Just check your favorites until you see the ones with less than thousand views. Those are mostly the ones you never hear about on forums;)

Thanks Herano. Here's 5 I was able to find;

Yawara - Old School, but really deserves to be seen. Live-Evil translated the bulk of this and they do great work.
Ryoko's Case Files - Surprised about this. It's a bit Monster of the Week, but I found it entertaining
Dokkoida?! - One of the funniest shows I've seen that pays homage to other series.
Twin Spica - I know Sothis loves the Manga, and while the anime has some shortcomings I really liked it
URDA - An early Anime out of Germany. The episodes are short, but impactful

At the time you asked, no. Thanks to the new "browse by status" feature, it just became much simpler.
