Mushishi
Red Garden Asatte no Houkou Sola Air I'll have to really think about those votes to be sure though. It is hard to remember how thorough the quality of detailed imagery was for the entire show. **And those of you after me, please note that this week excludes all movies from competition. |

Seirei no Moribito
Death Note Mushishi Princess Mononoke Death Note isn't that obvious, but I adored its dark, eerie use of colour. I'd say Seirei no Moribito has astounding beauty - episode 21 has fantastic imagery of winter springs and snow and leaves turning colour. My God, blew me away. Mushishi had great detail too. I'll come add more later. This requires some thought.

.hack//Sign
.hack//Roots Eureka Seven Haibane Renmei (*) Madlax (*) Although in Haibane I did not like those 3D-rendered windmills (or power plants or whatever it was). The 2D backgrounds were OK. |
