Yugioh
Some of the voices there are pretty annoying. Yami Yugi's voice sounds awful. It sounds a little too old for him, and someone once compared his voice to 'apple juice in a can.' Whatever that sounds like...Anyway, his voice isn't appreciated much.

I would rather you had asked about the best dub, good dubs are few and far between, and who bother to remember a bad dub anyway. Cowboy Bebob is a rare case where the dub is better than the original, the voice of Jet Black did not sound deep enough in Japanese coming from such a large man, it made more sense for the characters to speak english, and I loved Ed's english voice. Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuiokuhen
I'm surprised to see people listing Evangelion. True, dubbing has come a long way since then, but it was good for it's time. Best English dubs- Hellsing, Cowboy Bebop, FLCL Honorable mention to El Hazard Magnificent World and Disney's Ghibli dubs |

Hmmmmm Fatal Fury I thought was way better than the Japanese version! The Cowboy Bebop is good but the guy who plays Spike really added no diversity to the character's voice like the original seiyuu did. Diversity meaning he can sound serious, laid back, or just be childish. While my interpretation of the English version, Spike sounded mostly laid back.
