Excel Saga
InuYasha Fruits Basket Pretty much agree with Darken Ryu. I don't ever watch dubs. The only reason I can even vote for these is because I watched an ep of InuYasha on cartoon network last night, and I heard the english voice actors on the others when I didnt switch the audio track on VLC quick enough when the episodes started up. |

Chrono Crusade
One Piece Gravitation InuYasha Mew Mew Power Chrono Crusade: Heard an episode of it in English. It hurt, frankly :/ Gravitation: The voices didn't suit them at all, I think. It was just....X_x InuYasha: The reason I switched to subs. I didn't think it was bad, at first, but I started watching the subs, and realized how horrid the dub actually was, in truth...XD One Piece: MY EARS Mew Mew Power: Just 'cause they slaughtered it during translation and such. The voices weren't very good to top it off. XD Last edited by caitlin; 09-15-2007 at 07:34 PM. |

Sailor Moon
Cardcaptors X: The Movie El Hazard: The Wanderers Sailor Moon and Cardcaptors - .......no explanation needed. X: The Movie - Seriously, what was up with Kamui's voice? He sounded like... I don't even know... like he was in an empty room or something with awful acoustics. El Hazard: The Wanderers - I don't know, I just can't stand it. The Japanese voices are good and the English ones just... don't seem to fit at all. Dude... in my opinion the Evangelion dub is one of the best to this date. The actors were actually good and the voices were suitable to the characters. Shinji sounded like a 14 year old boy. Asuka's voice was forceful like her personality, Amanda Winn-Lee played Rei softspoken... what more do you want? That show was a fine piece of work. Maybe this comes from having met Evangelion by watching it on dubbed VHS... I don't know, watching it never made me wish for the Japanese version. |

You think? Most English dubs I've seen have been fair-good, or sometimes even better than the Japanese (eg Cowboy Bebop). |

InuYasha
Bleach These are the only crappy dubs I can think of. I've only seen about 4 series with dubs and the other two were surprisingly good(Blue Gender, Last Exile-except for Dio). I can't even make myself watch any anime that comes on Cartoon Network because I know I'll want to gouge my ears out afterwards. |
