I've only bought one thing of of J-list so far, and that was a bento box that I had fallen in love with and was exactly what I wanted. I'd definately buy from there again, little pricy, but the have a good selection and the delivery was good so I can't complain really. :)

Me and my girlfriend order from there every few months and I am please with the over all. She got a cracked tea cup in a set and they sent her a brand new one so I think that is cool. The major thing is make sure you order stuff in stock because you can wait a long time on some things to come back. Shipping is killer but the snacks are really good! I did japanese snack bundles for all my friends for Christmas. I'd give it a 9/10

I tried to read the rules/guidelines but it just said page not found.

Anyway, I ordered from J-List in May and they were very efficient as a seller. The transaction was very smooth, they processed everything quickly, and it even shipped relatively fast for SAL shipping. Everything I ordered was also exactly as I had expected it to be. No phonies here. They have a lot of cute things there, although the selection of Bento boxes is a little small... if they would change anything I wish is would be that they would add a few more Bento designs.

I've only ordered from them once. I got a partial order and got some store credit for the rest of the items but one of them. Then I had to e-mail them several times and they replied after a few weeks of the last e-mail. They re-shipped the missing item. But since they had run out of the set I ordered, they shipped another set but with 2 more pieces. I was really happy. I recently saw a Bridget figure as well as I-no's on their site, but sadly I had no money at the time. And they only had 2 of each left. So I'm guessing they have no more of them left. T 3 T

Or they might. . .
*goes and checks*
