ChibiTokyo is run by a husband and wife pair, and stock interesting figures and such. I recently bought an item from them, and had needed to know some information first. I was responded to quickly and courteously, as well as great communication on the phone (I wanted to make sure it was in stock, even though the site said so). Item arrived quickly and with great packaging.
