I commonly buy bundles from RightStuf. I really like them though they sent me a catalog in the mail with half naked hentai women. Mailman probably thinks I'm a huge perv.

I've noticed my packaging from Rightstuf as of late hasn't been packed as well as they have been in the past.

The packaging used to be flawless, and never had a problem, but recently I've been getting packages that have not been packed very well, but fortunately made it okay to my home. But I got a package last week and it didn't have any packaging on the inside except a small crumpled up sheet and one of my anime's case was crushed and you could see and hear miscellaneous pieces rattling around on the inside.

I got them to send me a replacement case at least, so customer service still good, but the shipping seems to have fallen off a bit. Hope it's just temporary.

But I am still going to shop with Rightstuf because of the CS.
