Japanese food | Japan Centre: online food, kitchenware, magazines and book shopping
I found this website when I was reading NEO magazine, it had various interesting Japanese sweets in the article so I looked it up and immediately added the link to my blog. Its an online store so I had my reservations, I always do. I took a look around and decided on a few things that came up to £10, I found five things, not bad at all for an online store, plus the postage was pretty good. I ended up doing a review on the items for my blog, more info on that can be found here: Nihongo journals: Sweet tasting I have not ordered anything more since, because I have not much money at the moment but after being in contact with my dad, he has regularly been buying and cooking with many of the products they sell. Well worth a try I think, even if you only do it once.

There's a Japan Centre store in Piccadilly Circus. I had a look while I was down for the London Expo. The prices are not bad. They sell bento and onigiri to take away, with all sorts of snacks. If you go downstairs there's also manga and magazines like LaLa (but I think most, if not all are in Japanese). It really is worth a try :)
