HI im new to these forums and was wondering if anyone has used Tamarket - Australia's leading anime store ? i was looking for Aussie( Australian) anime stuff and saw this i just wanted to see if it was reliable. I have tried accessing the vendors list thing but it just say document not found so i dont know ANY WAY has anyone had any experience with this store p.s i know madman.com.au and ezydvd.com.au as Aussie distributers any others? that have a large variety in manga as well

They've always been reliable, punctual shippers for me. They are usually good about keeping rare statues and plushies in stock too.

As far as I know
Madman is the only Australia distributor of Mainstream Manga and Anime.
EzyDvd & JB Hifi all source their products from Madman, as well as Tamarket.
However Tamarket source all of their wallscrolls and other goodies from overseas. They go about twice a year to Japan to stock up on hard to find stuff.

There's another site that I have found called Australia Anime Super Store OzAnimart - Bleach, Naruto, Fruit Basket, Gundam, Fate/Stay, Code Geass
But on their ebay page, doesn't have much stuff.

You best bet is go crawling in Chinatown. There are some specialized anime stores.

When I was at Animania Mini March 2009 Sydney. They were telling me about this store for models, figurines and accessories. Called Silly Dreams. Located Shop55 No.1 Dixon St. Haymarket, Sydney. That's if your in Sydney.
