that website looks pretty good and they have a lot of nice things i want. it seem that if you make an order over $75 dollars, you get free shipping unlike other website that you to have an order over $100 dollars.

I was hoping someone who has had previous ordering experience direct from them could chime in as well.

I placed an order about a week ago, but have yet to receive a confirmation email. I also immediately emailed them regarding in stock status of ordered products, but still to this day, I have received no reply. I am now on cautious mode. This feels just like bargainanime.com. The same exact story happened about 2 to 3 months ago with bargainanime.com (I had to contact my credit card company to reverse charges.)

I already sent a second email to animeeden.com just a few minutes ago; I will be waiting for a reply.

I just got my order from 6-30-08, it took 15 days to get here.

The box was COMPLETELY MANGLED. Caved in and ripped open filled with bugs (not exaggerating.)

The posters I ordered are bent in 3 spots from the cave in and are ripped in at a corner. The poster on top is ripped from the back.

The figurine I ordered is the only thing that survived, the its box was completely flattend.

The only thing they put in the box to prevent this, was 1 (one) rolled up piece of paper, the size of my fist, inside the posters.

This isn't USPS's fault, this is the company's fault for packing it in a completely retarded way.

I sent them an email, if I don't get cooperation I'm just going to reverse my payment. I didn't pay $50.00 for this garbage. Their policy is not to give anything for things damages in transit, but this is just bullshit.

I cannot get a hole of them. This is ridiculous. The second half of my shipment was refunded without them even TELING ME and I've been waiting 18+ days for that one too. They didn't even explain why. They didn't say they were out of stock. Nothing at all. I can't get any answer about the damaged posters. I've never dealt with a more ridiculous company in my life.

edit:
I just realized, they charged me the $4.50 shipping on the wall scroll (they say they ship it separately, and they charge a separate shipping). The cost of the wall scroll was canceled on my credit card ($11.99) and I never received it, but I was still charged for shipping!!!

Also, I just tried to reach them by phone, and it's a fake number! I got some girl's cell phone.
