Day 5 of trying to contact them.

I've been unable to reach them by email or phone. I've tried both emails on the website.

I'm getting sick of this. I'm going to try to just reverse the charge.

Luckily I did receive an email reply. Response time was definitely not as professional as it should, but was courteous. Ordered seven DVDs, and ultimately one was delivered despite in stock status for all on order date, luckily only charged for one DVD after it was physically shipped.

My assumption is that they do have some but don't have the majority of their products in stock. Their protocol might be to take note of ordered products and proceed to secure whatever they can from other vendors. Likely the reason why most of my ordered products were confirmed as unavailable after several weeks after order.

Customer service response time is key to any successful business, and it doesn't seem as though animeeden takes pride in the area. This is unfortunate. Ultimately, I'm complacent that I received only one of the items I ordered those that were in fact available (i.e. one out of seven), but highly disappointed with the turn around response time.

It took several weeks to get an email response. Also consider the fact that they don't charge your card until the product is shipped; however, this is only based on single past order experience.

I finally got a reply and they were very nice about it. I got a refund for the shipping cost on the wall scroll and the posters, and they said from now on posters will be shipped in spiral wood tubes to prevent damage. So I guess from now on it's safe to order posters from them, because that is pretty fool-proof.

I wish they were clear though, I still don't know if I'll ever get the wall scroll.
