Ultimately, I'm complacent that I received only one of the items I ordered those that were in fact available (i.e. one out of seven), but highly disappointed with the turn around response time. I finally got a reply and they were very nice about it. I got a refund for the shipping cost on the wall scroll and the posters, and they said from now on posters will be shipped in spiral wood tubes to prevent damage. So I guess from now on it's safe to order posters from them, because that is pretty fool-proof.
I wish they were clear though, I still don't know if I'll ever get the wall scroll. |
