I really liked this anime definatly in my top 5
I do have weird tastes however =) but heres what i say and why:
Animation-9 I really liked the animation and thought it was reallly well done
story- 8.5 It is not an action though there are a few small moments, but its most about the characters and their simple travels. At times what they say can be alittle confusing but the story line is pretty simple, a man named lawrance come across a wolf girl who is really a god named Horo she tags along with him on his travels and he promises to take her North, while he travels town to town trying to buy and sell things to make money. The story is a great romance adventure.
Music- 9 In the begining some of it can seem strange but trust me it begins to grow on you, the themes is one that im trying to get for my ipod, it beutifully reflects the simple life of a traveling merchant.
Characters- 9 I love the characters in this story Horo and Lawrance are the two main characters. Horo always alittle sneaky and mischievious and Lawrance calm midmannered merchant.
Overall- 9 I think a solid 9 is fitting, one of my all time favorites but alas the series is only 13 episodes long. It is at a perfect point to make a second series and the first was made recently so im reeally hoping they do. If anyone knows of a second in process or planing please tell me, you will make my day.
