--Before anyone asks why the number of runners-up for each category seems to be completely random, I basically looked at the point totals and did it by the eye test; wherever it seemed to make the most sense to draw the line I did. Not terribly scientific, but produces less awkward scenarios than just picking an arbitrary flat number would. I'll post some exact point counts in a little bit so you can see what I mean. Quote:

I don't think earning extra awards is unbalanced, thinking about the oscars, sometimes certain movies just sweep the board because they are plain better then everything else. If people think an anime deserves the win in a category, I don't think it should matter even if it's winning in everything else.

And Code Geass R2 was the runner-up??? :O I love Kaiji, but I don't consider it to have a great plot. Ah well, at least it won 3 awards.

Clannad over True Tears in both best drama/romance categories? I'm astonished.
To be honest, I'm strongly disappointed by the results in quite a few categories (most of them, actually :p), but that's some awesome work you did there Cetonis. Big thanks!
