Kaiji should have won the award for best suspense, but I guess there was none.

Anime centered on card/board/etc. games are also included in the sports category every year, which is why the first season of Kaiji also won the sports category back in that year. This also means I get to look forward to Chihayafuru being in the sports category this next year.

Penguindrum should have taken Best Overall but it did amazing for a latecomer to the party. Fasssshionably late, daaahling, FABULOUS MAX!

I am quite chuffed with the character results! They just all seem like the stand-out, obvious, and deserved winners. & no AnoHana characters, hurrah!

I feel like checking out Break Blade soon.

That Eiji Niizuma must be a hell of a character. I definitely need to pick Bakuman back up.

I was surprised to see Penguindrum beat AnoHana for best drama (not disappointed, just surprised).
