Well, here's two REALLY good programs form reading mangas (or just viewing pictures) that are in some archives (RAR, ZIP, even 7ZIP).
Further improved version of CDisplay, very fast compared to the old one:

Also a great and really fast viewer that uses directx and has some interesting filters and features. Don't be freaked out by the Japanese site, the program is in English.
