Well that shows you the insanity of Poopy a new character is introduced and he spends the whole episode trying to murder the fuck out of him... er her or whatever the fuck that clown thing was supposed to be. Unsurprisingly the clownthing was not only unkillable, he also gave Poopy a bad acidtrip or at least a worse one from his norm. Well whatever the new guy at least knows how to do magic so really Poopy should be fired and replaced with him.
Kedamono needs to call the circus's HR because I'm pretty sure he has more than enough evidence get Poopy fired or if Poopy owns the circus then he could sue the fuck out of him.
