Naruto is simply an amazing series. i'd recommend it to anyone and everyone. like the post above said it's a slow starter (although the first episode is very good). Naruto has the characteristics that makes any anime great. loads of cool characters, a good story, character development, awesome fight scenes, not very many plot holes, very nice animation and it's also got a lot of good comedy. one thing i really like is that most of the fights are won by outsmarting the oponent and fights often become a battle of wits as well as a test of strength. i'd seriously give this 10/10 which is rare as i'm quite picky

EDIT: i forgot to mention how good the music is. soundtrack is very underrated i think
