soth- You could set up some kind of character limit. A video link has around 40 characters, so setting a minimum limit of 35 characters would allow for vid links while blocking ... posts. Alternatively, you could do one which would require a minimum of [X] alphabetic characters, thuse preventing posts of nothing but periods or commas.

I think a 40 character rule would be wise, because an alphabetic rule would just get:
"Posty post post" and similar.
