Lossy is useless imo. It save very little space, but make a mess of a picture.
Dither increases the size more than half, so I couldn't use it here. It is sometimes better than using more colours though ;]

hm, I didn't notice such option, I just cleaned unnecessary frames myself. I'll check it out
