Chinatown by Polanski Platoon and Apocalypse Now are both favorites as well. Oh and A Clockwork Orange. I'm also a movie nerd and could probably name another thirty or forty that I love from that era yet these are probably my top faves. Well these and some you mentioned GO STAR WARS!!!
