i need shal discuss this and get the thread moving again, especially since a few more eps are out. plus now it seems like lunar is out of their slump a little and back on the ball. they just released two eps tonight that i still have to watch
i do think they will keep the term shinigami. it just wouldn't make sense to change it.
also as for the opening theme and the title, the author of the manga really loves old rock. i do believe Bleach is the title of metallica's or some other older bands first song. if you look closely in the series you can see of lot of things that represent rock and roll. ichigo's rebelious bleached hair, and many other thigns that also slip my frazzled mind this morning.
