Try to get another card. Borrow it from a friend, buy it, steal, make it by yourself, whatever. Anyway, change your graphic card and check, if it's also overheating.
If yes, then the problem is probably somewhere in you cooling system.
If the temperature will be alright, then you can be quite sure it's your card.
