Since when does any site want to know the dimensions of a sig image?? The only time I've ever seen anything like that is if you're uploading the image to that site (which you really don't want to do with a-p sigs, since that will break their auto-update functionality).
As far as finding out it's dimensions:
1) That's in the image's properties, so any server/software should be able to detect it.
2) If it's something where you put the dimensions in manually, just right click the image & choose "image properties" & you'll see the dimensions.
3) All the a-p sigs are 500x130.
