OK - the first timeline is the manga, of course.
Factoid - AMG sprung out of a drawing Fujishima did for "You're Under Arrest" where the station ladies were praying to a goddess.
The manga is, if anything is, the definitive timeline.
The five OVAs happen some what during the first year Bell is on Earth. It's not identical to the manga, but it's still some of the same things.
The movie is about three or four years later than the start of the manga, and is an alternative timeline to the manga also (I've never found out if it's the same timeline as the OVA, though).
Adventures of the Mini-Goddess was a filler series, and can be enjoyed in sequence anytime after the third OVA episode.
AotMG was the "TV" series, strangely enough ...
