I doubt sequels.

The Darker than Black manga is a prequel, so once they have enough of that done, it's possible I suppose.

The way I can see anything good resulting coming from FMA would be a restart of the series, ala Hellsing, but on a grander scale. Or barring that, a series that takes place during the time skip in FMA. It's like three years I think.
