it's funny you mentioned that because I did just recently (aprox 1 month ago) start meditating seriously and have found that sometimes sleep does come a little bit easier. Not always but when it comes down to it, I have slept more often than I used to. I still get way less than the average person sometimes as little as 10 hrs a week, but even so, sometimes 2 hrs of sleep is life saving.
Though all this sleeping is cutting into my anime viewing time :P
