Otaku108- I used to be an insomniac too. If you're against taking pharmaceutical sleep aids, I'd recommend taking 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep and meditating and/or doing deep-breathing exercises. Just sit still, close your eyes and focus on your breathing- turn off your computer, no music, etc. Exercise and yoga beforehand also helps. Sounds cheesy- but it could actually help. Just a thought.
