lol, yes as I said I self medicated for several years on natural drugs... I guess I'll have to spill the beans and admit that it was weed. As I said, it was a mistake to rely on something like that for rest. It eventually only lead to more problems and I do not think I can walk that road anymore. No the problems were not of the legal variety, drugs are just not a good thing any way you slice it, when taken regularly.
I do sometimes drink herbal teas but generally, while soothing to some point, do not put me to sleep. Right now my favorite is Jasmine Green Tea, but that has caffeine so I don't drink it before my attempts at sleep.
I do not know what melissa officinalis is... I will look into it though, thanks for the info and suggestions.

rofl, I think maybe I might have gotten a little over zealous myself. I'm not above taking a Tylenol to relieve a fever or Advil to rid myself of a horrid headache... drugs, when used correctly and sparingly, are ok. It's when you rely on them daily or just on a regular basis in general they tend to cause more problems than what you're talking them for in the first place.
