Trinity Blood was another I lost interested in. The series screamed "Look! It's Trigun, meets Hellsing!" The animation was pretty good but I couldn't shake the fact that I'd seen the vast majority of the plot in characters somewhere else.

Cowboy Bebop + anything that features two characters shouting each others names out back and forth for the entire series (you know what I'm talking about).
