By people skills I don't mean fighting skills. He knows how to deal with certain people as to avoid a fight. A bunch of times, when there would have been a fight, Rock is able to take control of the situation and calm everyone down
. I don't think they took rock onto the Black Lagoon because he was a lethal gun fighter, the fact that he throws a rifle at a helicopter is proof of that. Don't know what I am really arguing about here so I will stop.
